Shino polishing process:
1st: Polished tubular by machine
2nd: Polished tubular by impeller wheel 3 times
3rd: Polished tubular by big linen wheel
4th: Grind welding heat mark by small linen wheel after welding
5th: Polished product by fabric wheel
6th: Polished product by wool wheel
We use the imported wax which also gives the better polishing quality. Our polished products look nicer. The other metal factories may not polish so many times in order to save polishing labour cost. Besides because they are using the normal material, they cannot polish so many times, otherwise all defectives like sand holes are very visible.
